Messages from the Rocks of the Earth

We are just returning from a trip to Arizona to visit my sister and family. We did lot of hiking down into the Grand Canyon and among the red rocks in Sedona, and connected deeply with the Earth.

I needed this time away as current events have been overwhelming. Unplugging a bit from it has been like balm for the soul (I highly recommend it!).

The Earth fuels me in the light I try to share with others, in my work in Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting. Every day, I spend time with trees, near water and with the land, listening to what the trees want to tell me and feeling the sun activating my heart. This is where I commune with my guides, with Jesus and Mother Mary and with the Creator.

Being from Maine, and having grown up there, I am not used to the desert or to rocks, even though I have been out here a few times. I now realize that there is something about the ancient formation of the canyons that speaks straight to my soul and that calls to me in a powerful way.

When we pulled up to the Grand Canyon, and stepped out to see it right before sunset, my daughter started crying. I felt her emotion as well with the sheer magnitude and beauty of the canyon, of the shadows on the rocks, of the colors of pink, purple, orange and even silver, and of the pure glory of the Earth.

It seemed to me that this was how the Creator demonstrated the power that is God within this land. And when we as humans have the opportunity to come face to face with the majestic awe of the expression of God in rock, in light and even in nature spirits that showed themselves to us in the rock formations and in the shadows, it activates something within us.

I am still processing my connection with the canyon. We hiked several miles (with young children!) down into the rocks and we got to go deeper into the crevasses, closer to the womb of Mother Earth (Gaia).

The following day, I got to fly in my brother in law’s small plane over the canyon and was blessed to see the blue Colorado River as the lifeblood of the canyon running through it all. We flew from here to the gorgeous red castle rocks of Sedona, another powerful energy vortex of energetic power on Earth.

While I was on edge the whole time we were flying, I am not one to shy away from fear, and I knew we were protected by angels. Being able to witness the sheer majesty of the canyon from deepened my awe and respect for the land, which is sacred to many Native tribes who have protected the land for thousands of years (and who still do – I saw faces of Native nature spirits all around in the shadows!).

I feel that my experience with the canyon deepened my connection to God, and to Mother Earth. I love living in the trees and near the ocean, but this land is so sacred, and so loved by so many ancient peoples, that I feel an even deeper reverence for the Earth, and for all her expressions (including the elk, bighorn sheep and mule deer we saw). My commitment to honoring the Earth has been strengthened, and the way that the Creator speaks to me through the Earth is even more potent.

I see, I listen, I learn.

May you feel, through these images and these words, the deep love and connection we as humans have through the Earth. This is growing more and more as we move into 5th dimensional consciousness, with the help of the Creator and of our dear Gaia.

P.S. One of the best ways we can step up to support the Earth and the humans evolving with the Earth is by helping people clear away whatever might be blocking their light from shining. Many people are scared and confused now about what’s happening, and they need help. If you want to help, here’s a way to do so, by learning how to read the Akashic Records, become an intuitive life coach and start a spiritual business in the upcoming 10-month Intuitive Guide Certificate Program.
